Organoleptic characteristics

Blush tending towards cerulean with antique rose highlights.
A pleasing hint of vine peach blends with a sharp, pronounced aromatic profile, rounded off by a clean-tasting, faintly peppery heady note.
Immediately intense and oily with a mature, very fruity entry followed by the balsamic sharpness, redolent of gentian, already present in the bouquet. The finish is lively, vibrant, almost “electric”.

Pairings

It is easy to point out this wine as an extraordinary companion for the summer. In particular, you can try it on white meats and fish dishes with a side dish of tomatoes and olives. Excellent as an important aperitif.
