Organoleptic characteristics

The color is intense ruby ​​red with a purple edge. The nose opens fresh with varietal scents of red fruit and undergrowth essences: cherries, black cherries, currants and raspberries create an olfactory profile of notable intensity and clarity. The mouth is pleasant, playing on the harmonious succession of tannic and floral sensations. Compared to the selection, it is a wine that is easier to drink, pleasant and juicy. The finish marks the return of the fruity notes.

Pairings

This selection is an ideal accompaniement for traditional Piedmontese starters involving raw beef and vegetables, especially with summer tomato salad. Perfect with vegetables soups, pasta, especially with tomato sauces and white meats.
