Organoleptic characteristics

The Langhe Pinot Nero has a transparent ruby ​​red color, with shades tending towards garnet on the edges. On the nose, it opens with an enveloping fragrance of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, accompanied by light floral notes of rose and violet. Highlighted by a subtle touch of sweet spices and a light earthy note.
In the mouth, the Langhe Pinot Noir shows a delicate structure with finely integrated tannins. The fruity taste persists, with a pleasant acidity that adds freshness and liveliness.

Pairings

It goes well with light dishes such as mushroom risottos, white meats or poultry. Its elegance makes it an ideal companion even for medium-aged cheeses.
