Raspberry, plums and cherries draws the profile against a faintly balsamic background. Thepalate il linear and taut with juicy, acid muscle and continues through to a slightly tannic finish.
Pairings
Ostensibly a perfect accompaniment to summer food. Excellent with white meats and fish dishes served with tomatoes and olives.
